Some bags are sold on consignment, and others are pre-owned pieces we own directly. Whether consigned or owned, every item is curated, authenticated, and backed by our quality standards.

We do our best to photograph every bag from all angles and list any visible flaws. We recommend reviewing all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Yes — but returns are limited. We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery under the following conditions: * You must contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. * The item must be returned in the same condition it was received. * Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was misrepresented. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day window, or if the bag is used or altered in any way.

If your item is declared inauthentic by a professional authentication service: * You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. * Provide a written report from a recognized authenticator. * Return the item in its original condition. * Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued. Personal opinion or vague claims of inauthenticity without formal documentation are not grounds for return.
